The Sit Up Bench Allows users to do varying difficulties of sit up, with its curved and sloping bench users and pick which difficulty they won’t to do with no moving parts to worry about, This is a double station allowing two users to exercise at the same time.
The Leg push is ideal for building up and toning the leg muscles. using your own body weight as the pushing force this is great for allowing the user to do as much or as little as the feel. With two stations around a central pole it allows for two users to exercise at the same time.
