The Dip Bars are a great way build up and tone the upper body muscles.
The Leg push is ideal for building up and toning the leg muscles. using your own body weight as the pushing force this is great for allowing the user to do as much or as little as the feel. With two stations around a central pole it allows for two users to exercise at the same time.
This universally popular apparatus provides excellent cardiovascular exercise while developing the leg muscles. Allows a full range of movement in the hip joint improving flexibility and strength, without any impact or stress to joints and back. Suitable for all ages and especially for those for whom jogging and power walking are not suitable. Also available as a single Walker.
By swinging both legs together from side to side the Slalom strengthens and develops the lower abdomen hips and thighs, improves balance and co-ordination through “core” activation. Excellent warm-up and work-out for skiers, but also can provide gentle exercise for fitness beginners. Also available as a double slalom.
