The combination is designed for a full leg workout, using the Leg Push, Walker and Slalom.
By swinging both legs together from side to side the Slalom strengthens and develops the lower abdomen hips and thighs, improves balance and co-ordination through “core” activation. Excellent warm-up and work-out for skiers, but also can provide gentle exercise for fitness beginners. Also available as a double slalom.
The Stretch Bars are an ideal warm up and warm down item before using other outdoor fitness equipment or before a simple run. It is always essential to stretch the body muscles before exercise helping to avoid any serious injury. With bars at different heights it allows for a wide range of stretching.
