We offer a wide range of Outdoor Gym Fitness Equipment which is ideal for open parks and spaces, holiday destinations, promenards anywhere where it will encourage adults to get out fit and active. We do not recommend it for schools as it is advised and recommended that children do not use gym equipment as their body development is a such that it could hinder a child's growth rather than help. It is recommended that if children over the age of 14 would want to use gym equipment then it should be done so under trained instructor supervision and parental agreement.

Walker

This universally popular apparatus provides excellent cardiovascular exercise while developing the leg muscles. Allows a full range of movement in the hip joint improving flexibility and strength, without any impact or stress to joints and back. Suitable for all ages and especially for those for whom jogging and power walking are not suitable

Slalom

By swinging both legs together from side to side the  Slalom strengthens and develops the lower abdomen hips and thighs, improves balance and co-ordination through “core” activation.
